§ 50.11 TAPPING OR CONNECTING TO WATER MAIN REQUIREMENTS.
   No person, except the plumbers having special permits from the Superintendent, Board of Trustees or person in their service and approved by them, will be permitted, under any circumstances to tap the water main, and the kind and the size of the connections with the mains shall be specified in the permits.
