§ 50.10 PLUMBER’S PERMIT AND BOND; RETURN AND REFUND.
   (A)   Every plumber shall, before making any connections with any main or doing any work on any service pipes connected therewith, give to the town a bond in the penal sum of $500, with good and sufficient surety, conditioned, that he or she will in all things well and truly comply with all the rules and regulations of the town for the government of plumbers.

   (B)   (1)   Within two days after the completion of any connections to the main, returns shall be made upon the blanks as provided for the purpose.
      (2)   In case any permit remains unreturned for 30 days after the issue, then the Superintendent shall refuse to grant any further permits to the town plumber until the proper returns have been made.
