§ 50.07 CONTRACTORS AND BUILDERS.
   (A)   Contractors, builders and others desiring water for building purposes, must make application to the Superintendent of the Waterworks therefor, who will issue a permit.
   (B)   The amount paid therefor shall be based on the rate set out in this chapter, or on any rate decided by the Board of Trustees.
