§ 50.03 SUPERINTENDENT OF WATERWORKS.
   The Board of Trustees shall appoint a Superintendent of Waterworks who shall have general supervision of the waterworks, of all repairs and improvements made on same and of the enforcement of all rules and regulations governing the waterworks service.
