§ 156.002 BOUNDARIES.

   The boundaries of these districts are established as shown on a map entitled “Zoning District Map” of the town dated 10-2-1995, which map is made a part of this chapter by reference.

§ 156.003 ANNEXED TERRITORY.

   Any territory hereafter annexed to the town shall be in the R-A District until changed by an amendment to this chapter.

§ 156.004 APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS.

   Except as otherwise provided, no buildings or other structure or land shall be used, and no building or other structure shall be erected, reconstructed, moved into or within the town limits, or structurally altered, except in conformance with the regulations specified in this chapter for the district in which said building is located.
