The generating facility shall meet all requirements established by the National Electrical Code (NEC), National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. In addition, manufacturer’s ownership, operating and maintenance manuals shall be reviewed and accepted by the customer, the town and the EWS prior to beginning operation.
