§ 155.04 SYSTEM EFFECTS.
   (A)   The town and the EWS will analyze the overall impact of the proposed generating facility on the transmission and distribution system.
   (B)   Such analysis will be based on good utility practice to determine thermal effects, voltage fluctuations, power quality, system stability and other relevant information.
