(A) The Board of Trustees may employ an Airport Manager or Superintendent, who shall, subject to the direction and control of the Board of Trustees, manage and control the operation and maintenance of the airport, and enforce the ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
(B) The Board of Trustees may pay a salary to the Airport Manager or it may provide for his or her compensation by allowing him or her to retain certain designated airport fees as salary.
(C) The Board of Trustees may employ such other personnel as it deems necessary or desirable for the operation of the airport.
