§ 154.02 MAINTENANCE; FEES.
   (A)   The Haxtun Airport shall be maintained, operated and controlled by the Board of Trustees or by an Airport Committee appointed by the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The Board of Trustees shall from time to time, by resolution, establish uniform schedule of fees to be charged for the use of the airport.
