§ 154.01 POWER TO ACQUIRE.
   The Board of Trustees shall have the power to acquire to purchase or otherwise acquire, establish, construct, own, control, lease, equip, improve, maintain and operate an airport and landing field for the use of airplanes and other aircraft without the town limits.
