§ 152.32 NOTICE TO REPAIR/CONSTRUCT; PERIOD OF TIME.
   (A)   Whenever the Board of Trustees directs or orders the construction, widening, repairing or reconstruction of any sidewalk by ordinance as aforesaid, it shall state therein the period of time within which the owner may have to construct, widen, repair or reconstruct such sidewalk, which period shall be not less than ten days, nor more than 20 days from the date of the passage of the ordinance codified in this subchapter, and the Town Clerk/Treasurer shall immediately notify all owners of property fronting on the same, their agents or persons occupying or having charge of such property, in writing, of such order, stating therein the period of time within which the owner may have to construct, widen, repair or reconstruct the sidewalk.
   (B)   If the owner, agent or person having charge is absent or unknown, the notice may be served by posting the same in a conspicuous place on such lot or premises, and mailing a copy of the notice, properly stamped and addressed, to the owner at his or her present post office address, and the posting of the notice and mailing a copy as stated shall be deemed and held to be a complete service of the same.
