§ 152.28 RESOLUTION REQUIRING TWO-INCH EXPANSION JOINT.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees of the town in regular session adopted a resolution requiring at least a two-inch expansion joint between any cement work and the curb; this joint to be filled with asphalt to protect curbing from breaking from expansion.
   (B)   This resolution is in effect after the first publication and applies to all cement work within the town limits.
