§ 152.20 SPECIFICATIONS GENERALLY.
   (A)   All sidewalks on Colorado Avenue or Main Street, between the center of the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way and Strohm Street on Colorado Avenue, and all sidewalks on Fletcher Street and Raymond Street, between Logan Street and Washington Street, at right angles with Colorado Avenue, shall be eight feet in width.
   (B)   All sidewalks on Strohm Street from Logan to Washington shall be six feet in width and shall be so constructed that the outer edge of the walk shall be on the lot line of the front line of the lot along which the sidewalk is constructed.
   (C)   (1)   All other sidewalks within the town shall be of a width of four feet, and shall be so constructed that the outer edge of the walk shall be two feet from the front line of their lot along which the sidewalk is constructed, except in such certain blocks of the town exclusive of Colorado Avenue where sidewalks have already been constructed prior to the date of the passage of the ordinance codified in this subchapter, at a different distance from the front line of the lot and on said blocks only.
      (2)   The distance from the front line of the lot shall correspond to the walks already constructed.
   (D)   All walks shall be constructed upon the grade line of the street as established by ordinances with an even slope toward the gutter or curbstone of 0.12 of one foot to keep the sidewalk free from water, the grade for the sidewalk to be furnished by the Street Commissioner or the Board of Trustees on application therefor.
   (E)   All sidewalks shall be constructed in the same manner, and on streets where the grade is not established by ordinance.
   (F)   They shall be constructed on a uniform grade to be furnished by and under the supervision of the Street Commissioner or Board of Trustees.
