§ 150.06 DANGEROUS BUILDING CODE.
   (A)   Pursuant to C.R.S. Title 31, Art. 16, part 2, there is adopted by reference the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1991 Edition, as published by the International Conference of Building Officials, 5360 South Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA 90601, subject to any amendments set forth herein, to protect the public health, safety and welfare by providing a just, equitable and practicable method, to be cumulative with and in addition to any other remedy provided by the Building Code, Housing Code or otherwise available by law, whereby buildings or structures that, from any cause, endanger the life, limb, health, morals, property, safety or welfare of the general public or their occupants, and providing a process by which the same may be required to be repaired, vacated or demolished.
   (B)   In case of any conflict between such code adopted herein and any other specific provision of this municipal code, the specific provision of the municipal code shall prevail.
