§ 130.15 DISTURBING LAWFUL ASSEMBLY.
   It is unlawful for any person with the intent to prevent or disrupt any lawful meeting, procession or gathering to significantly obstruct or interfere with the meeting, procession or gathering by physical action, verbal utterance or any other means in the town.
