§ 130.13 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   Any person or persons who fight or who aid, counsel or encourage any person or persons to fight, by threats or otherwise, or abets or assists in bringing about any fight or quarrel between persons within the town, or any person or persons who engage in, promote, assist or encourage any contest known as fighting, shall be deemed guilty of a disorderly conduct and punished as provided in this chapter.
