§ 130.02 OBSTRUCTING OR RESISTING OFFICER.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully obstruct, resist, interfere with or oppose any police officer in the performance of his or her duties in the town.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully counsel, aid, abet or assist any person in obstructing, resisting, interfering with or opposing any police officer in the performance of his or her duties in the town.
