§ 130.01 LEGISLATIVE INTENT.
   It is the intent and purpose of this chapter not to cover or include offenses that are felonies under the Colorado Revised Statutes, as amended, and neither this chapter, nor any ordinance contained herein, shall be otherwise construed.
