§ 31.17 TOWN ATTORNEY.
   (A)   A regular practicing attorney shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees as Attorney of the Town, who shall be the legal advisor of the Board of Trustees and of the officers of the town.
   (B)   The attorney so appointed shall receive as compensation the sum of $100 per year, together with his or her actual expenses incurred by the attorney for the town.
