The provisions of C.R.S. Title 44, Arts. 3-5, as amended, and the provisions of Colorado Liquor Rules adopted under the authorization granted by C.R.S. § 44-3-202, as amended, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, sales, hours of sale, distribution and consumption of alcohol beverages are adopted and made a part of this chapter.
