§ 110.20 FALSE REPRESENTATION TO PROCURE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to obtain malt, vinous or spirituous liquors by any method or make false statements or furnish, present or exhibit any fictitious or false registration card, identification card, note or other document or present, furnish or exhibit such document which was issued to a person other than the one presenting the same for the purpose of procuring the sale, gift or delivery of articles which he or she is prohibited by any law or ordinance from obtaining, including, but not limited to, malt, vinous or spirituous liquor.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to obtain fermented malt beverages by any method or make false statements or furnish, present or exhibit any fictitious or false registration card, identification card or note or other document or present, furnish or exhibit such document which was issued to a person other than the one presenting the same for the purpose of procuring the sale, gift or delivery of articles which he or she is prohibited from obtaining by any law or ordinance, including, but not limited to, fermented malt beverages.
