§ 110.19 PROCURING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person who is under the age of 21 years to engage or utilize the services of any other person, whether for remuneration or not, to procure or attempt to procure for such person under the age of 21 years, any article which the person himself or herself is forbidden by law to procure, including but not limited to, malt, vinous or spirituous liquor.
   (B)   It is unlawful, whether for remuneration or not, for any person to procure or attempt to procure for any person under the age of 21 years of age any article which the person under 21 years of age himself or herself is forbidden by law to procure, including, but not limited to, malt, vinous or spirituous liquor.
   (C)   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to engage or utilize the services of any other person, whether for remuneration or not, to procure or attempt to procure for such person under the age of 18 years, any article which the person himself or herself is forbidden by law to procure, including, but not limited to, fermented malt beverages.
   (D)   It is unlawful, whether for remuneration or not, for any person to procure or attempt to procure for any person under the age of 18 years any articles which the person under 18 years of age himself or herself is forbidden by law to procure, including, but not limited to, fermented malt beverages.
