§ 110.01 ON-SITE BEVERAGE TASTINGS.
   Pursuant to C.R.S. 44-3-301, the town authorizes alcoholic beverage tastings for licensed retail liquor stores within the town subject to the limitations contained in C.R.S. 44-3-301 and subject to the approval by the Local Licensing Authority of a liquor tastings permit application in a form approved by the Town Clerk/Treasurer.
