§ 92.58 SAFETY REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Vehicular.
      (1)   Except as provided in this subchapter, vehicles shall be constructed in compliance with the statutes of the state and in compliance with the standards of the National Board of Fire Underwriters.
      (2)   There shall be maintained on each vehicle, at all times, at least one fully charged portable fire extinguisher of at least one-gallon capacity, of a type suitable for combating gasoline fires, located in a readily accessible place.

   (B)   Generally.
      (1)   Smoking is prohibited on any vehicle at all times, and no smoking, flame or fire shall be permitted within 25 feet of a vehicle while loading or unloading.
      (2)   At least one person shall be in attendance at all times during the loading or unloading of any vehicle.
      (3)   The filling of an automobile or truck fuel tank from a retail gasoline pump or other device or container while the motor of the vehicle is in operation, is prohibited.
