§ 92.31 CHANGING CONTAINERS; PROCEDURE; ELECTRIC APPARATUS.
   (A)   No open flames or sparks shall be permitted in the proximity of the container when changing cylinders or drums.
   (B)   All electric apparatus in any installation shall be inspected and approved before the installation is used.
