§ 92.28 CONTAINER LOCATION; CAPACITY.
   (A)   No container shall be located inside or under any building.

   (B)   No container shall have a capacity of more than 500 gallons water capacity when located within the fire limits of the town, nor more than 10,000 gallons when located outside such fire limits.
