§ 92.27 LIMITATIONS ON AMOUNT OF GAS IN CONTAINERS.
   (A)   No container shall be filled with liquid gas in a quantity greater than the percentage of water capacity by weight, depending on the specific gravity of the gas at 60°F, as follows:

   (B)   As to gases of intermediate or higher specific gravities, filling is limited to corresponding percentages of the water capacity by weight.
   (C)   In no case shall the amount of liquid be such as to fill the container at a temperature of 130°F aboveground or 105°F underground.
