§ 92.24 CONTAINER REQUIREMENTS.
   No container shall be used or installed for the use, handling or storage of flammable gases in the town that does not meet the following requirements as to design and construction.
   (A)   Containers not in the form of drums shall be marked as suitable for the class or the specific kind of gas to be kept therein, and no gas or greater vapor pressure than that for which a container is marked shall be kept therein.
   (B)   All containers, other than cylinders or drums, shall have a designed working pressure as follows:
      (1)   For gases with vapor pressures not to exceed 80 pounds per square inch gauged at 100°F: 80 pounds per square inch minimum gauge;
      (2)   For gases with vapor pressure between 80 and 125 pounds per square inch gauged at 100°F: 125 pounds per square inch minimum gauge; and
      (3)   For gases with vapor pressure between 125 and 200 pounds per square inch gauged at 100°F: 200 pounds per square inch minimum gauge.
   (C)   No container shall have a shell or head thickness of less than three-sixteenths of an inch.
   (D)   Cylinders and drums must meet the requirement in respect to design and construction of the Interstate Commerce Commission for cylinders and drums carried or handled in interstate commerce and must be marked to that effect.
