§ 92.23 ANNUAL DEALER’S LICENSE.
   (A)   No person shall sell any flammable gases, as defined in this subchapter, either at wholesale or retail, for the use, handling or storage, within the town, or make any installation for the use, handling, storage or sale thereof within the town, unless he or she holds an annual dealer’s license for the current year from the town permitting him or her to do so.
   (B)   (1)   Application for the dealer’s licenses shall be made to the Town Clerk/Treasurer who shall issue the license upon payment of an annual license fee of $5.
      (2)   Each license shall be issued for the calendar year in which issued, and shall expire on December 31 following date of issuance.
      (3)   No reduction in the expense fee shall be made for the expired portion of the year calculated to the first of the month in which it is issued bears to the entire year.
   (C)   (1)   The license may be revoked if the license, or its, her, his or their agents or employees, violate any requirement of this subchapter in respect to the sale or installation of flammable gases.
      (2)   A renewal license may be refused on the same grounds.
