§ 92.02 TRASH.
   No person or persons shall allow to remain longer than 36 hours, or over night, in any alley, or on any sidewalk or premises, within 30 feet of any building, empty boxes, barrels, rubbish, trash, wastepaper, excelsior or other like combustible materials.
