§ 31.01 APPOINTING OFFICERS.
   (A)   The Board of Trustees may appoint one person to hold one or more appointive offices if, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, the appointive positions are not incompatible with each other and not incompatible with interest of the town government.

   (B)   It is the determination of the Board of Trustees that the position of Clerk and the position of Treasurer are not incompatible and the Board of Trustees may appoint one person to the positions of Town Clerk and Town Treasurer.
