Notwithstanding the provisions of any zoning ordinance or other ordinance, now or hereafter enacted, authorizing certain uses or location of property, it is the intention of the Board of Trustees, and is so declared, that any use, location or activity otherwise authorized by zoning ordinances or any other ordinance shall be subject to this subchapter prohibiting nuisances.
