Every OHV must meet all of the following safety equipment requirements:
(A) Headlamp, which shall be illuminated at all times the vehicle is moving;
(B) Tail lamp and reflector;
(C) Stop lamps on the rear;
(D) A horn or other audible warning device;
(E) A muffler/exhaust and emissions system;
(F) Rear view mirror;
(G) Eye protection for the operator;
(H) For side-by-side vehicles, a seat belt is required for each occupant;
(I) Anyone under the age of 18 years who is riding as a passenger on an OHV (side-by-side) or two-person OHV must wear a helmet;
(J) A footrest and handhold for each passenger;
(K) Turn signals, if factory equipped or hand signals must be used; and
(L) A safety flag installed on rear of vehicle extending no less than seven feet above the ground.
