§ 11.01 TOWN SEAL.
   The official seal and device for the town shall be in words and form as follows: a circle around the margin of which shall be the words “Town of Haxtun, Phillips County, State of Colorado”, within which words shall be a smaller circle in the center of which shall be the word “SEAL” and around the upper margin of the inner circle shall be the word “Incorporated”.
