§ 54.31 NON-LIABILITY; SPECIFIC CASES.
   (A)   The town agrees to use reasonable diligence in providing regular and uninterrupted supply of current, but in case the supply of current should be interrupted or fail by any reason of accident, state or municipal interference or any other cause whatsoever, the town shall not be liable for damages for such interruption of failure.

   (B)   The town shall not be liable for damages resulting to the consumer or to any third person from the use of electric current, or the presence of the town’s appliances on the consumer’s premises, unless due to willful fault or neglect on the part of the town.
