§ 54.30 ACCESS TO METERS.

   The town’s authorized agents shall have access to the consumer’s premises at any reasonable hour for the purpose of:

      (1)   Seeing that meters are kept in proper condition;

      (2)   To ascertain the quantity of electricity consumed; to inspect the consumer’s installation or to cut off the supply of electricity for non-payment of bill when past due; or

      (3)   For infraction of these rules and regulations.
