10-5-4: PUBLIC UTILITIES PERMITS:
Public utilities shall obtain permits from the village board for the installation of communications, electric power, gas or other utility services before any installation work is started. (Ord. 439-89, 12-11-1989; amd. Ord. 1972-19, 9-23-2019)
