10-3-9: STORMWATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM REQUIRED 1 :
An adequate system of stormwater drainage consisting of natural watercourses, conduits, surface water detention, drainage and swales/ditches shall be constructed to drain the subdivision and protect roadway pavements.
