10-1-1: TITLE:

This title shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the SUBDIVISION CONTROL ORDINANCE FOR THE VILLAGE OF HAWTHORN WOODS, ILLINOIS, and is adopted pursuant to the authorization of chapter 65 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes. (Ord. 439-89, 12-11-1989; amd. Ord. 1972-19, 9-23-2019)
