2-1-1: BOARD CREATED:

There is hereby created a board of local improvements for the village. This board shall consist of the mayor of the village and the village trustees. The village mayor shall be ex officio president of the board. (Ord. 105-58, 7-15-1958; amd. Ord. 1125-05, 5-16-2005)
