8-3-4: LOCATION OF POOLS AND APPURTENANCES:

All swimming pools and appurtenances, including, but not limited to, pumps, pool filters and pool water disinfection equipment, fences and sidewalks, shall be located so as to comply with all codes and ordinances of the Village and all applicable statutes, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of any other governmental body having jurisdiction over the property.
