All applications for permits to construct, erect, alter or excavate for which a permit is required by this chapter, shall be made to the Village Clerk in writing over the signature of both the owner and any contractor, on printed blanks to be furnished by the Village, which application shall be completed by the payment of the fee specified. Every application shall state the location of the proposed work, and shall be accompanied by complete plans and specifications signed by the owner or architect or contractor, in sufficient detail to enable the building inspector to obtain full and complete information as to the character of the work proposed to be done under the permit sought. If such plans are approved, a copy thereof shall remain on file in the Office of the Village Clerk. (Ord. 1814-18, 2-26-2018)
