A. Rules And Regulations: The rules and regulations set forth in the Illinois Accessibility Code, State of Illinois, Capital Development Board, 1997 edition, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this title, with amendments prescribed in subsection B of this section, as the rules and regulations of the Village; and it shall be unlawful for any person to construct, install, alter or repair, or cause to be constructed, installed, altered or repaired, any public facilities or multi-story housing units in the Village in violation of or without complying with those rules and regulations. At least three (3) copies of said pamphlet have been filed in the Office of the Village Clerk for use and examination by the public.
B. Amendments To Code: The following amendments to the Illinois Accessibility Code are hereby made a part of these regulations:
The stricter of the requirements shall apply when there is a conflict between the Illinois accessibility code and chapter 11 of the international building code.
