A. Code Adopted: A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, being marked and designated as the International Fuel Gas Code, 2000, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Fuel Gas Code of the Village for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the International Fuel Gas Code, 2000, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B of this section.
B. Amendments To Code: The following sections are hereby revised as follows:
Section 101.1: Insert: Village of Hawthorn Woods.
Section 106.5.2 and 106.5.3: Insert: See Title 11 of the Village Code.
