No vehicle or combination of vehicles with more than two (2) axles shall be operated on Schwerman Road. Government owned vehicles and delivery trucks (other than delivery trucks hauling construction equipment or materials to a work site located on property that was annexed to the village at any time subsequent to May 1, 2003) and moving vans, while loading or unloading, are exempt from this section.
