4-8-6: PROHIBITION IN PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to smoke in any enclosed area of any place of employment.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any employer, including any manager, operator or person in control thereof, to knowingly permit smoking in any enclosed area of the employer's place of employment. (Ord. 1188-06, 10-23-2006, eff. 1-1-2007)
