4-8-4: PROHIBITION IN ENCLOSED PUBLIC PLACES:
   A.   It shall be unlawful to smoke in any enclosed area of any public place.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for the owner, lessee, manager, operator or other person, as the case may be, in control of a public place to knowingly permit smoking in any enclosed area in such public place. (Ord. 1188-06, 10-23-2006, eff. 1-1-2007)
