A. The village may, from time to time, enter into contracts with one or more persons or corporations providing for the collection of landscape waste within the village, upon such terms and conditions as the village deems advisable. To the extent that any term or condition of any such contract conflicts with any provision of any ordinance or resolution of the village, the terms or conditions set forth in such contract shall control.
B. Any scavenger who violates any provision of this section shall be subject to license suspension or revocation proceedings.
C. The landscape waste program is an optional, once per week, curbside pick-up program. It shall operate from the first full week of April through the last full week of November of each year.
D. Each customer shall be billed directly for landscape waste pickup, at a rate which is determined from time to time by the contract entered into between the village and the scavenger. (Ord. 769-96, 7-16-1996)
