Notwithstanding any provisions in this section to the contrary, all persons who receive commercial scavenger service shall be subject to the following additional regulations:
A. Commercial refuse containers must be located in the rear yard of a premises.
B. A special pickup shall be arranged for all bulk items and said bulk items shall remain within an enclosed building until said special pickup.
C. No commercial refuse container shall be placed at the curb. (Ord. 769-96, 7-16-1996)
D. All refuse/recycling container enclosures shall be maintained in a clean, sanitary condition and otherwise in conformance with the standards for such enclosures established by the board of trustees. The gate(s) on each enclosure shall be kept closed except when depositing or removing material from containers within any such enclosure. (Ord. 915-00, 10-9-2000)
