It shall be unlawful for any person:
A. To dump, deposit, place, dispose of or store any refuse, landscape waste or recyclable material in any place within the village limits, except with the written permission of the mayor and board of trustees. Notwithstanding the provisions of this subsection, an occupant of property within the village may store such materials, generated on site, between regularly scheduled scavenger collections. B. To dump, deposit or place any refuse, landscape waste or recyclable material upon real property owned by another without the consent of the owner or person in possession of such real property, and otherwise in conformance with all applicable statutes of the state of Illinois and ordinances of the village.
C. To engage in the collection or disposal of refuse, landscape waste or recyclable material (contained in a recycling container), except as may be authorized by the village pursuant to a contract entered into as hereinbelow provided.
D. To mix landscape waste that is intended for collection or disposal at a landfill with any refuse.
E. To place for collection and pickup any landscape waste unless it is packaged as a landscape waste unit.
F. To place landscape waste or refuse in a recycling container. (Ord. 769-96, 7-16-1996)
